About the Role
Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes primarily for sales, field operations, and operational support positions.
Manage all aspects of the hiring process including sourcing, pre-screening, interviews, reference checks, offers, and employment agreement signing.
Actively identify, attract, and source candidates for field-based and sales-related roles through multiple channels, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach.
Conduct mass hiring and high-volume recruitment activities to support operational manpower needs.
Liaise and coordinate with external recruitment agencies and local hiring partners to fulfill field and sales hiring requirements.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower planning, job requirements, target profiles, and hiring timelines.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales and field talent across different regions.
Maintain accurate databases of applicants, interview progress, hiring status, and employee records.
Support salary benchmarking and propose compensation packages for approval based on market conditions and hiring needs.
Ensure timely hiring turnaround while maintaining candidate experience and recruitment quality.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably handling sales, field, operational, or mass hiring positions.
Strong sourcing and networking skills, including experience using LinkedIn, Boolean search, job portals, and alternative sourcing methods.
Familiar with hiring candidates for onsite, field-based, or mobile workforce environments.
Able to work independently, manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
Energetic, proactive, and comfortable engaging with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
Comfortable working in an onsite setting and traveling when required for recruitment activities.
Preferably Hokkien speaking.
