Lead the end to end design process: research, discovery, problem framing, flows, prototyping, UI, handover and post-launch interaction
Conduct field research in plantations, collection points, and mills (interviews, shadowing, usability tests) and turn findings into clear product direction
Mentor junior designers through design critiques, feedback sessions
Contribute to and apply the design system suited to field-facing products
Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, stakeholders and other teams to define scope, trade-offs, and success metrics
Kualifikasi
5+ years of product design experience
Confident & comfortable in conducting user research and usability testing independently
Proficiency in design tool like Figma, Google Suite and other AI tools
Showcase a portfolio of real project or case study with process: research, problem definition, interaction design with measurable outcomes
Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders
Willingness to travel to plantations and rural areas for field research
Background from agritech or agriculture is a plus
Based or agreed to be located in Pekanbaru
