Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures that align with business goals and regulations
Lead the data governance council and coordinate across departments to drive governance initiatives
Set up and maintain data quality standards, metrics, and monitoring systems
Build and manage data catalogs, metadata repositories, and data lineage documentation
Create and oversee data stewardship programs with clear roles and accountability
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Create and deliver data governance training for employees
Track and report on governance metrics, compliance, and program success
Spearhead data quality improvements and fixes
Work with IT teams to implement governance tools and technologies
Kualifikasi
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or similar roles
Strong technical proficiency in data warehousing, ETL tools, SQL, and data modeling
Deep understanding of data governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
Proven experience implementing and managing enterprise-wide data governance programs
Comprehensive knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements
Demonstrated success working with senior stakeholders and driving organizational change
Exceptional project management and cross-functional team leadership abilities
Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
