Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Document Administration
Filing procurement documents (Quotations, PO, Contract, Invoice, etc.)
Assisting in preparing and collecting supporting documents for the procurement process
Ensuring all documents are complete & in accordance with company procedures
2. Data Entry
Input purchase data into PV Tracker (spreadsheet) & GDrive (assisting with data processing in Excel & PPT)
Updating the status of PO & goods delivery
Ensure vendor data is regularly updated
3. Internal Coordination (Procurement & Finance)
Coordinating with internal team such as Finance to ensure PV payment processes
4. Vendor Master Data (Procurement)
Collect data & documents from each vendor for vendor registration and documentation
5. Other tasks
Assisting with any tasks assigned by the procurement team
Kualifikasi
Currently pursuing Diploma/Bachelor Degree in relevant field (Final years students or fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Interested in Procurement/Purchasing, Operations Business Process.
Able to operate Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel or Google Work Space.
Good communication and teamwork skills
Detail oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
Able to work in fast-paced environment
Availability for commitment Internship for 6 months.
Willing to work onsite at Pekanbaru Office.
