Job Description: The Offline Marketing Manager leads our non-digital marketing activities,
including event management, outdoor advertising, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships,
working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful results. The
Offline Marketing Manager will develop, plan, and execute campaigns and programs that
connect the brand with audiences outside of digital platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
Planning, tracking and executing offline marketing strategies to build awareness of SawitPRO for existing and potential clients/partners
Building and maintaining strategic relationships with external stakeholders such as organizations, business associations/communities and governmental bodies.
Plan, organize, and execute events such as exhibitions, product launches, and customer engagement activities for lead generation and support sales conversion.
Exploring collaboration opportunities for industry-related events to drive marketing and
commercial results
Develop promotional strategies that integrate events, sponsorships, and outdoor activities with sales goals.
Managing and tracking the performance of the offline marketing team to achieve the deliverables and KPIs.
Work closely with sales, digital marketing, creative, and product teams to align offline marketing efforts with overall business strategies.
Kualifikasi
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Min. 5+ years of experience in offline marketing roles.
Strong background in managing events, OOH advertising, sponsorships, and partnerships.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Having a wide professional network, especially in business associations and governmental bodies is a plus.
Ability to develop creative, high-impact offline marketing campaigns.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru, Riau
