About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Odoo Specialist Intern to support our Odoo Specialist Engineer in the functional implementation of SawitPRO's ERP system. You'll work hands-on with real business processes — procurement, inventory, and finance — as we roll out Odoo across our operations in Sumatra.
What You'll Do
Assist the Odoo Specialist Engineer in configuring and implementing Odoo modules (Procurement, Inventory, Accounting)
Help gather and document business requirements from internal stakeholders
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and prepare test cases
Support end-user training and prepare user guides and SOPs
Help troubleshoot and resolve functional issues reported by users
Coordinate with teams in Pekanbaru and Jakarta for smooth rollout
Assist in data migration tasks and master data setup
Requirements
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or related field
Basic understanding of business processes — especially procurement, inventory, or accounting
Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus, not required)
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus
Willing to be based full-time in Pekanbaru
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have
Prior exposure to Odoo or any ERP system
Understanding of palm oil supply chain or agri-business operations
Basic SQL or spreadsheet skills
