About the Role
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring a cohesive and user-centric experience.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to communicate design concepts and interactions.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform and validate design decisions.
Review design implementation result to make sure design consistency on engineering deliverables.
Maintain and enhance the company design system.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Experience working in a team with agile development environment.
Good communication skills in English
Ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
Collaboration & Teamwork.
Able to work independently.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or other related fields.
8+ years of experience in Product Design.
Expertise in Prototyping Tools (e.g: Figma).
Experience in Palm Oil related companies is preferred.
