We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can build scalable web applications while also being able to quickly translate business and product requirements into functional prototypes and technical solutions.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, system architecture, and product experimentation. You will not only be responsible for writing production-quality code, but also for validating ideas quickly through prototypes using tools such as Replit, Lovable, and other AI-assisted development tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications, covering frontend, backend, API, database, and third-party integrations.
Translate business requirements, product requirements, and user problems into practical technical solutions.
Build rapid functional prototypes and MVPs using tools such as Replit, Lovable, AI coding assistants, and other modern development platforms.
Convert prototypes into production-ready applications when the product has been validated.
Design and implement REST APIs, database structures, authentication, authorization, and system integrations.
Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces with consideration for mobile-first and low-bandwidth environments.
Evaluate technical trade-offs between speed, scalability, maintainability, cost, and complexity.
Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Business Teams, and other Engineers to iterate on product solutions.
Build proof-of-concepts and experiments to validate product assumptions before investing in full production development.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and determine when a prototype should evolve into a custom-built system.
Ensure applications are reliable, secure, maintainable, and properly documented.
Debug and troubleshoot issues across the frontend, backend, database, API, and deployment environments.
Beyond coding skills, the candidate is expected to demonstrate:
Understand what problem is being solved before deciding what to build.
Break down ambiguous business problems into clear technical and product requirements.
Identify assumptions and determine which assumptions need to be validated first.
Design practical experiments or MVPs to validate ideas quickly.
Understand the difference between a prototype, MVP, and production system.
Make pragmatic decisions about when to use an existing tool versus building a custom solution.
Kualifikasi
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
3 to 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development or a similar software engineering role.
Strong knowledge of frontend and backend development.
Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Java, or Go.
Good understanding of APIs, databases, authentication, Git, testing, and debugging. Experience integrating third-party APIs and services.
Able to quickly build prototypes using Replit, Lovable, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
Able to understand, debug, and improve AI-generated code.
Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru, Riau.
Preferred
• Experience building MVPs, prototypes, or 0→1 products.
• Familiarity with Replit, Lovable, Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, or CI/CD.
