Responsibilities:
Archive and organize physical and digital financial documents.
Receive, verify, and record vendor invoices and tax receipts.
Monitor invoice receipt dates and payment due dates.
Scan and upload financial documents to cloud storage.
Download bank transfer receipts and account statements (MCM).
Record petty cash, expense transactions, and manual journal entries.
Calculate monthly utility expense accruals.
Assist with fixed asset tagging and physical verification.
Coordinate and follow up with departments regarding monthly billing.
Support daily finance, accounting, and documentation activities.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
Final-year undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, or other related fields.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Finance, Accounting, or related functions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Confident, proactive, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and schedules simultaneously.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and/or Microsoft Office.
Previous experience through internships, campus organizations, or relevant projects is an advantage.
Willing to work on-site at our Pekanbaru Office.
