Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, or a related field.
Have 2+ years of experience in People / Culture / Employee Experience.
Think in systems, not just activities.
Can balance empathy with structure.
Are comfortable making decisions and moving quickly.
Enjoy turning ideas into executed projects.
Stay organized even when things move fast.
Believe culture is built daily, not only during events.
