About the Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Operation (Live Host) to manage and execute live commerce activities across platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee. This role combines live hosting, sales strategy, and operational coordination to drive engagement, conversions, and revenue growth through interactive live streaming sessions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Live Commerce Execution
Plan, host, and execute live streaming sessions on e-commerce platforms
Deliver engaging, high-energy presentations with strong product storytelling
Drive real-time audience engagement and convert traffic into sales
Execute clear and effective call-to-actions to maximize conversions
2. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Own and achieve assigned GMV targets (daily, weekly, monthly)
Optimize conversion funnel (view → click → add-to-cart → checkout)
Identify high-performing SKUs and prioritize them during live sessions
Implement upselling, cross-selling, and bundling strategies to increase AOV
3. Pre-Live Planning & Coordination
Prepare structured live run-downs (product flow, key selling points, promos)
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, supply chain)
Ensure stock readiness and campaign alignment
Align with promotional strategies (flash sales, mega campaigns, vouchers)
4. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyze key metrics (GMV, CTR, CVR, engagement, retention)
Prepare post-live reports with actionable insights
Continuously improve live strategies based on data
5. Customer Engagement & Experience
Interact with audiences in real-time, addressing questions and objections
Build trust through authentic and informative communication
Support basic after-sales processes (chat follow-ups, simple complaint handling)
6. Operational & Campaign Support
Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and fulfillment
Support marketplace campaigns and ensure alignment with live activities
Maintain accuracy of product info, pricing, and promotions during live sessions
7. Content & Brand Support
Collaborate with the content team for short-form videos and promotional assets
Provide insights on content trends and customer preferences
Maintain consistent brand voice across live and video content
Requirements
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
1–3 years of experience in live commerce, e-commerce, or digital sales (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome)
Confident on camera with strong communication and presentation skills
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee, or similar platforms
Sales-driven mindset with proven ability to achieve targets
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics
Energetic, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends during campaigns
