About the Role
Coordinate and execute training programs under the DRIVE initiative.
Develop, update, and maintain training materials, learning modules, and SOPs tailored to the Market.
Support onboarding and capability development programs for field employees.
Conduct performance tracking: Monitor training participation, completion, and learning effectiveness.
Identify capability gaps and development needs with field leaders.
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities, such as accompanying teams on field market visits/random.
Track and report learning metrics and program outcomes.
Gather participant feedback and recommend improvements.
Support adoption of standardized processes and digital tools across field teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning programs with business needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Management, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer in retail training, distribution sales training, or field capability development programs, or similar roles.
Experience coordinating training programs and employee development initiatives.
Experience managing and maintaining training calendars, including planning, coordination, and execution of training programs.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Good project management and organizational skills.
Comfortable working with data, reports, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Willing to travel regularly for training and field development activities.
