About the Role
Create visual assets for social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels.
Design YouTube thumbnails, channel banners, video covers, playlist covers, community post visuals, and other YouTube-related creative assets to improve CTR and engagement.
Create visual concepts and templates for YouTube podcasts, live sessions, webinars, educational content, and campaign launches.
Design digital marketing materials such as banner ads, Google Display ads, Meta Ads creatives, TikTok Ads visuals, website visuals, landing page graphics, email banners, and presentation decks.
Create and maintain visual assets for app banners, app pop-ups, homepage banners, push notification visuals, in-app promotions, and product campaign materials.
Support the visual needs for ecommerce platforms including Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and marketplace campaign banners.
Develop visual concepts for seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotional activities, and offline events.
Support the visual needs for company events, podcasts, webinars, exhibitions, and internal campaigns.
Develop creative concepts and campaign visuals aligned with SawitPRO’s branding and business objectives.
Ensure consistency of brand identity, colors, typography, tone, and visual guidelines across all materials.
Create and maintain SOPs and design guidelines for each channel, including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, website, app banners, email marketing, and ads.
Build design templates and reusable assets to ensure faster execution and consistent branding.
Work closely with the marketing, social media, product, sales, SEO, and video teams to execute campaigns.
Edit and enhance photos for products, company activities, employees, and event documentation.
Prepare design files for printing and coordinate with vendors when needed.
Stay updated with design trends, social media content trends, YouTube trends, and visual best practices.
Assist in creating motion graphics, simple animations, short-form video visuals, and video thumbnails when required.
Organize design files and maintain a proper asset library for future use.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing, startup, agency, or technology company.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, or CapCut is a plus.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social media, and branding work.
Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
Able to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented, creative, proactive, and open to feedback.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in agriculture, FMCG, startup, or B2B industry is a plus.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and social media trends is preferred.
Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru, Riau.
