About the Role
Act as centralized command center for real-time delivery execution and logistics performance.
Monitor fleet operations, resolve exceptions, and escalate delays to relevant teams.
Coordinate between planning, warehouse, transporters, and customer service teams.
Maintain high service levels by proactive issue detection and resolution.
Report logistics dashboard and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any major; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
Prior have 2-4 years experience in logistics control tower or transportation planning roles preferred.
Strong communication skills and coordination skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiar with TMS, routing tools, and fleet monitoring systems.
Able to handle high-pressure, fast-response environments.
