Design and build automated internal applications (focusing on CRM and HRIS) utilizing Lark Base and workflow logic.
Maintain and troubleshoot the existing Lark ecosystem to ensure highly reliable and seamless daily operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to map business processes and translate them into efficient Lark automations.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract structured data from warehouses for robust analytical reporting.
Develop and manage executive-level KPI dashboards using BI platforms like Power BI, Looker Studio, or Metabase.
Conduct rigorous quality checks to guarantee uncompromising mathematical accuracy and flawless aggregations in all data outputs.
Kualifikasi
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
Proficient in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, or Python is a plus.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru, Riau.
