Primary Responsibilities:
Analyzing market trend and industry lanscape
Creating Strategic and actionable plan, as well as monitoring the execution to meet the targeted evenue
Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to new product and service developmetn
Identify relevant growth opportunities & harness consumer, shopper, category & customer insights; product & systems innovations
Understand the company channel & customer strategies and their implications in order to integrate them into brand & portfolio strategies & plans
Collaborate with sales to executions of all brand activites across the path to purchase (on time, on budget, on strategy & on target)
Assist in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using various analytic tools and providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and achive lead generation goals
Champion consumer centricity, consistently drive competitive advantage by being close to & inspired by consumers, turn insight into action for the brand to win with consumers
Kualifikasi
Min education : Bachelor Degree
Experience as Sales Manager for min 3 years with more than 10 subordinates
Experience in B2C & B2B FMCG industries
Dependability - Job requires being reliablem responsible and dependable and fulfilling obligations
Attention to Detail - Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in comleting work tasks
Cooperation - Job Requires being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good - natured cooperative attitude
Integrity - Job requires being honest and ethical
Leadership - Job requires a willingness to lead take charge and offer opinions and directions
Familiar with Trade & Consumer promotions
Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru or Medan.
