About the Role
Plan, shoot, and edit videos for YouTube, social media, internal communications, and digital campaigns.
Handle end-to-end video production including pre-production, scripting support, shooting, editing, and publishing.
Create YouTube content such as podcasts, interviews, educational videos, customer stories, company updates, live sessions, webinars, tutorials, and event coverage.
Manage YouTube channel performance including thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, playlists, end screens, cards, and SEO optimization.
Monitor YouTube analytics including views, CTR, watch time, audience retention, subscriber growth, and engagement.
Create short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Develop content ideas and video concepts that can improve reach, engagement, and watch hours.
Support live streaming activities for podcasts, webinars, product launches, company events, and special campaigns.
Ensure all videos are aligned with SawitPRO brand identity, tone, and communication guidelines.
Work closely with the marketing, social media, SEO, product, and sales teams to support campaign objectives.
Handle video asset organization, storage, and content library management.
Create and maintain SOPs for YouTube content production, editing style, thumbnail design, publishing schedule, and video quality standards.
Stay updated with YouTube trends, content formats, editing techniques, audio trends, and platform algorithm changes.
Assist in managing basic equipment such as camera, lighting, microphone, tripod, and studio setup.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Broadcasting, Film, Communication, Visual Design, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in videography, video editing, content production, or YouTube management.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or other video editing software.
Familiar with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is a plus.
Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, YouTube analytics, and audience growth strategies.
Able to operate camera, lighting, microphone, and video production equipment.
Strong storytelling, editing, and visual communication skills.
Good understanding of content trends across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
Detail-oriented, creative, proactive, and open to feedback.
Experience in podcast production, live streaming, or webinar setup is a plus.
Experience in agriculture, startup, technology, or B2B industry is preferred.
Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru, Riau.
