About the Role
Primary Responsibilities
Identify and secure new leads while building a recurring customer base.
Develop and maintain a lead pipeline to consistently meet monthly targets.
Proactively source leads through direct engagement strategies.
Oversee the entire sales process, from initial lead contact to deal closure.
Build and nurture strong relationships with leads, ensuring engagement throughout the sales cycle.
Support revenue-driven activities in line with the company’s Business Plan.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective implementation of strategies.
Role of the Sales Executive:
Customer Service - Focus on both customer acquisition and retention through a sound customer service approach
Optimize and maximise revenue opportunities from the user base
Provide high quality customer experience through a combination of product, service and relationship management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development, with preference given to candidates with experience in the agribusiness industry.
Demonstrated success in generating opportunities with tangible results.
A well-established network of contacts within the palm oil industry.
In-depth understanding of the palm oil sector.
Ability to conduct business canvassing and must own a personal vehicle.
Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
