About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION :
You will join the Product Experiment team to find out what our users actually want — by talking to them,testing ideas quickly, and turning what we learn into decisions. Hands-on role: you run the experiment, youread the data, you recommend the next move.
Responsibilities:
Support product development growth and analytics: track product metrics, monitor funnels, and keep theteam informed on how features are performing.
Run product experiments for new products and initiatives — including user interviews, direct usercommunication, and sourcing new leads through ads, WhatsApp, and similar channels.
Build insight reports from experiment and analytics data, and turn them into clear recommendations forproduct initiatives.
Take on a portion of day-to-day product management work — writing requirements, coordinating with engineering, design, and business teams — learning on the fly as the work demands.
Kualifikasi
QUALIFICATIONS:
Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field. Final-year students and fresh graduates arewelcome to apply.
Creative thinker and strong problem solver — comfortable with ambiguity and able to propose ideas, not justexecute them.
Familiar with AI agent tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Replit, or similar) and able to use them to work faster andbuild simple prototypes.
Comfortable with data: able to read numbers, spot patterns, and explain what they mean in plain language.
Good communication skills — you will be speaking directly with users, including smallholder farmers andagents.
Curious, proactive, and willing to learn quickly in a fast-moving startup environment.Ready to work full-time on-site (WFO).
