About the Role
Risk Assessment of market, credit, liquidity, and operational risks associated with Technology and E-Commerce business.
Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
Establish internal control and ensure all transactions are comply with regulation.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory inquiries and audits.
Emergency Response Planning related to customer fraud identification.
Risk Assessment analyses historical market data and trends to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Stay abreast of industry regulations and market changes to ensure policies align with best practices.
Devise and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential losses and exposure.
Collaborate with related teams to integrate risk considerations into decision-making processes.
Implement real-time risk monitoring tools to track market movements, exposure, and compliance with risk limits.
Regularly conduct internal audit to ensure good corporate governance.
Kualifikasi
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management from reputable universities.
Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., FRM, PRM) is a plus.
Min. 4 years of working experience in Governance, Risk Management or Compliance.
Master the Microsoft Office products (especially Microsoft Excel) and the Google workspace (especially Google Sheet).
Proven experience in risk management within the Financial, Trading or Investment industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and able to work under pressure.
Familiar with Palm Oil industry is a plus.
Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru, Riau.
