About the Role
Maintain command center for real-time delivery execution and logistics performance with supervisor.
Support in monitor fleet operations, resolve exceptions, and escalate delays to relevant teams.
Coordinate between planning, warehouse, transporters, and customer service teams.
Support supervisor in issue detection, and proactive with high service levels.
Support in create an report logistics dashboard.
Kualifikasi
Fresh graduate or 2 year experience in transportation planning/supply chain admin.
Basic Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
Detail-oriented and strong in routine follow-ups.
Good communication and willingness to learn.
