About the Role
Assist senior agronomists in compiling data for the “Dokter Sawit” WhatsApp service.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for responding to questions on the “Dokter Sawit” WhatsApp service.
Handle agronomist consultations via the “Dokter Sawit” WhatsApp service for basic questions about agronomy issues, monitor questions, and ensure that all questions are answered properly.
Assisting with administrative tasks for agronomists (drafting correspondence, processing payments, monitoring activity schedules, inputting lab analysis results, preparing proposals, etc.)
Assisting the drone team with data collection in the field and aerial photo processing (mosaic, palm counting, rastering, etc.)
Assisting senior agronomists in preparing reports.
Kualifikasi
Final-year Bachelor’s degree student with no remaining classes, or a fresh graduate majoring in Agribusiness, Agronomy, or other related fields.
Have basic knowledge of oil palm, such as: growing requirements, planting methods, fertilization, maintenance, harvesting, and pests and diseases. Able to help compile a standardized manual of questions and answers based on GAP.
Assist senior agronomists in answering common questions from customers "Dokter Sawit" Via WhatsApp.
Have good communication skills.
Have good administrative, database management skills, and prepare reports.
Experience in aerial photography or mapping programs (ArcGIS, Agisoft) is a point plus.
