About the Role
SawitPRO is expanding its operation supply chain team into Kalimantan and is building a strong talent pipeline to support our future growth. We are looking for passionate and driven professionals with experience in Supply Chain to join our Talent Pool.
Open Position:
Warehouse Team (Supply Chain Coordinator, Warehouse Operator, etc.)
Logistic Team (Transport and Hub, First Last Mile, etc.)
General Responsibility:
Support end-to-end supply chain operations, including logistics, warehousing, inventory, and distribution.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth flow of materials and operational activities.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials and supplies.
Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery and operational efficiency.
Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate supply chain documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Agribusiness, or a related field.
Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Inventory Management, Distribution, or other related functions is preferred.
Strong understanding of supply chain principles and operational processes.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Experience with ERP systems (Odoo) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Willing to travel for business purposes when required.
Willing to be based in Kalimantan according to business needs.
